The accident excess is £200.00, which is the deposit

Breakdown Cover/Insurance
The vehicles are all covered by RAC Breakdown and Recovery and have fully comprehensive insurance cover.

One Way Hire
Unfortunately we do not offer one way hire.

Mileage
There is no mileage charge, it is unlimited

Fuel
We work on an honesty policy, we expect the vehicle to be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, which includes the fuel level as the vehicles are not delivered with a full tank.

Our collection and delivery service for hire and repairs is completely FREE within our designated area and between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you need to hire a car outside of these times we will include a small delivery charge.

When hiring one of our cars we will need to see a full driving license and an additional form of ID with your address on it – a recent utility bill or bank statement.

We will also ask you to sign a car hire agreement – this includes declaring that your occupation and personal details and driving record do not render you ineligible to hire, and that you agree that no driver other than those named on the agreement will drive the car.

You can pay in person or over the phone. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

We try to ensure all costs are clearly spelled out and itemised before you use our service.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you are involved in an accident or cause damage to one of our rental vehicles, we will ask you to pay the first £200 of damage, whether interior or exterior, including theft, damage to windscreen, tyres and mirrors.

If you incur any fixed penalty fines such as a speeding or a parking ticket whilst driving one of our rental cars, you will be responsible for payment plus we add a £15 admin charge for each penalty charge received.

We strive to do our best for our customers and that means strictly charging for only essential and genuine repairs. All Hour Cars is a 25-year, family-run, Epsom business built on repeat custom from motorists who appreciate our honest, trust-worthy service.
